Aluminium Closure sheet, which is used in the manufacture of screw cap systems for bottles and other containers, is one of the main products in the aluminium packaging market.

Aluminium’s property of being impermeable to gases and light, as well as the fact that it can be easily formed and decorated, make it a material of choice for closure applications.

Aluminium closure sheet is used for the bottle cap market. Using a unique rolling technology, Haomei supplies aluminium sheets ideally suited to manufacture the caps for long neck wine bottles, extremely deep drawn and decorated closures, plus a range of pilfer proof caps for beverage bottles, soft drink, juice, isotonic beverage, energy beverage, and other products, such as the 30x60 mm specifications are often used in the wine and spirits segment.

Haomei Aluminium Closure Sheets are suitable for both transparent and non-transparent lacquering, and will not bend during curing process. For applications requiring deep drawing, such as long caps, Haomei aluminium closure sheets show very low earing, greatly reducing scrap rate for our clients.
Haomei Aluminum closure sheet is rolled to very fine tolerances to yield more closure per tonne of stock and to allow uninterrupted operation of high-speed, multiple-cavity presses. Its strength, high formability, low earring and printable surfaces make it ideal for pilfer-proof caps and vial seals.
